Products & Availability
Laelaps Sport Dogs offers pre-made Biothane collars and leashes, as well as 3D-printed scent work and dog sport training items. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.
Colors, sizes, and designs may vary slightly due to material availability, printing processes, or screen display differences.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Wix Payments or approved third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product descriptions.
Processing & Shipping
Order processing times and shipping details are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Once an order has shipped, Laelaps Sport Dogs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage occurring during transit.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Approved replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
