Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Some items may be made in small batches or finished after purchase, which may slightly affect processing times. If there is a significant delay with your order, you will be contacted via email.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. We currently ship using reliable carriers such as USPS or other comparable shipping services.

Shipping Locations

Laelaps Sport Dogs currently ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on carrier and destination. Laelaps Sport Dogs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Laelaps Sport Dogs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. While we will do our best to help, Laelaps Sport Dogs is not responsible for carrier-related issues once the package has been shipped.
