All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or general dissatisfaction.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at christinenstapleton@gmail.com. To assist with your claim, include:

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue by sending the correct item or issuing a refund, at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Processing Refunds
